Option 1: Loan Agreement
Our Loan Agreement option connects clients with a finance house offering loans to Body Corporates, HOAs, and Retirement Villages, groups often overlooked by banks due to lacking assets. This solution enables funding for water filtration systems, with repayment terms of 1 to 5 years, using savings from reduced municipal water bills.
The finance partner provides approved clients with full funding for the water filtration plant, covering all necessary installation costs.
Once operational, the system reduces municipal water bills, allowing clients to repay the loan through ongoing monthly savings on water expenses.
Repayment terms range from one to five years, with installments based on the selected loan duration and total borrowed amount.
Option 2: Service Agreement
The Service Agreement suits clients using over 30 kiloliters daily. It offers full project funding, including borehole drilling. The financier owns the plant for 10 years, and instead of loan repayments, clients pay a fixed rate per kiloliter, typically lower than municipal rates, making this a cost-effective, maintenance-free financing solution.
Includes full project funding, even borehole drilling, through our finance partner, ideal for clients with high daily water consumption needs.
The plant remains owned by the financier for ten years, ensuring professional maintenance and consistent service throughout the contract period.
No monthly loan repayments; clients pay per kiloliter used—typically a lower rate than current municipal water supply charges.
